About Anjali J Patel

Anjali obtained her undergraduate degree in Molecular Biosciences and Biotechnology from Arizona State University with a Certificate in the History and Philosophy of Science, before attending the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona. While in law school, Anjali had the tremendous opportunity to complete a summer internship with Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords in Washington, D.C. and extern for Federal District Court Judge Stephen McNamee. She also clerked with the Pima County Legal Defender’s Office. Admitted to practice in Arizona since 2010, Anjali assisted small to mid-size businesses in matters ranging from new entity formation to contracts negotiation and administration. She has also handled criminal and civil traffic matters, including representation of a large number of commercial truck operators. Her legal experience has focused on detailed legal research, aggressive motion practice, pretrial litigation as well as trial practice. Anjali also provided consulting for businesses, providing relevant writing, research and analysis in legal, policy, contracts, grants and marketing-related endeavors. Anjali is a board member of a local theatre company and new works incubator as well as a volunteer in local politics and the community. She’s also on the Executive Board of the South Asian Bar Association of Arizona.
