About Anthony James Rack

After graduating from Boston College in 2000 with honors, Anthony attended the University of Florida College of Law. It was there that he obtained his juris doctorate and graduated in 2003, again with honors. While attending law school, Anthony was extensively involved with several student organizations. Most notably, he was a member of the Moot Court team. Not only did he successfully make the team, but he was also awarded Best Brief of the competition, was rated as one of the top oral argument competitors throughout the competition, and was selected to participate in a Final Four competition because his total scores (oral and written combined) placed him as one of the top four overall competitors of the competition. In addition to his Moot Court membership, Anthony was also a member of both the Journal of Law & Public Policy and the John Marshall Bar Association. When he wasn’t preparing for class or a law school competition, you could often find him assisting individuals in need of legal advice through a family law clinic. During the summers between law school years, Anthony worked for the Florida Attorney General Office and Ruden, McClosky, Smith, Schuster & Russell, P.A., one of the then largest law firms in Florida and one of the most prestigious law firms in the country. Currently, Anthony is the Managing Member of Rack Law Group, PLLC, and focuses his practice on personal injury law, namely motor vehicle accidents and wrongful death. When he’s not in the office, you will likely find Anthony volunteering for organizations such as Future for Kids, A New Leaf, Faith House Domestic Violence Shelter, and The Infinite Bond Foundation. His desire for helping children with adverse childhood experiences and those in need are his true passion.
