About Bert Daniel Millett

Bert is a State Bar-certified Real Estate Specialist with extensive experience in drafting contracts and resolving disputes relating to real estate and business. Bert believes that attention to detail and accuracy is the key to effective advocacy. He strives to ensure that each client receives the personal attention and service they expect. Bert earned a Juris Doctorate from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2006. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management, also from ASU. Prior to law school, Bert managed a mid-sized business where he gained experience with legal issues presented to business owners. He also worked for the Maricopa County Superior Court, learning firsthand how cases are resolved. As a law student, he worked at the highest levels of both the State and Federal Governments. Bert is fluent in Spanish and welcomes Spanish-speaking clients. Bert is a sixth-generation Arizonan who is deeply rooted in his community. Each fall, Bert helps to organize the Mesa Sprint Triathlon to raise funds for the Foundation for Mesa Parks and Recreation. When not at work, Bert enjoys water sports, hiking, cycling, growing fruit trees, and spending time with his family.
