About Brian Webb
Brian Webb began his legal career at DNA-People's Legal Services, Inc., a nonprofit law firm dedicated to serving low-income clients with a wide variety of legal issues throughout Northern Arizona and the Four Corners area. Brian started as the Managing Attorney of DNA's office in Tuba City, then became the Managing Attorney of the organization's Flagstaff office. After being promoted to DNA's Senior Arizona Attorney, Brian's leadership role encompassed supervision and mentorship of all Arizona-licensed lawyers at the organization. While serving in leadership at DNA in those positions, Brian also helped hundreds of clients with a wide variety of Arizona and Navajo Nation legal matters including divorce/custody, protection orders, criminal defense, public benefits, landlord-tenant disputes, consumer rights, and civil litigation. Since founding The Webb Law Group in November 2015 (which was renamed The 928 Law Firm in 2022), Brian's practice experience has grown includes business formation, contract writing and review, juvenile law, guardianships, probate, and more. Mr. Webb has also served as the tribal prosecutor for two Native American tribes in Arizona and is conversant in Spanish as a second language. As the firm's founder and past owner of other businesses, Mr. Webb has the knowledge and practical experience to help his clients overcome whatever challenges they may encounter. As of January 2022, Mr. Webb has taken on a full-time role as the firm's chief executive, and now primarily focuses on mentoring legal staff and running the firm's strategic operations. Additionally, as The 928 Law Firm's only lawyer licensed to practice in the Navajo Nation tribal courts, Brian's case load is now primarily limited to Navajo tribal cases. Brian has started and run three separate businesses, and prides himself on helping clients who are beginning or running their own businesses. Brian is also mission-driven, and is committed to giving back to the community. In addition to spending over 5 1⁄2 years as a lawyer serving low-income clients at DNA-People’s Legal Services, Brian has also served in various community roles, including: Board Member, The Arboretum at Flagstaff (2021-present) President, Coconino County Bar Association (2015) Vice-President, Coconino County Bar Association (2014) Treasurer, Coconino County Bar Association (2013) Secretary, Coconino County Bar Association (2012) Member-at-Large, Coconino County Bar Association (2011) Member, Planning Committee for Wine in the Woods – AZ Style (charity wine festival) (2015-2018) Member, Planning Committee for Flagstaff’s Viola Awards arts-appreciation banquet (2015-2018)
