About Byron Harrison Forrester

Byron Forrester is a former law clerk for the Hon. Daniel P. Collins, then-chief-judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Arizona. Byron started his clerkship with Judge Collins after graduating from law school in May 2015. In that capacity, Byron worked on both commercial and consumer bankruptcy cases, drafting rulings and aiding the judge in preparing for hearings. He also coordinated the externship program for Judge Collins. After his clerkship, Byron began his legal career at Forrester & Worth PLLC in September 2017, where he focused his practice on commercial bankruptcy and probate matters. He gained experience in commercial reorganization, bankruptcy litigation, probate administration, and trust litigation. In September of 2023, he joined Parker Schwartz PLLC and continues to work on bankruptcy matters, now including consumer cases, as well as commercial litigation. Byron is also the treasurer and secretary for the Arizona Bankruptcy American Inn of Court, a professional organization of bankruptcy lawyers and judges with the goal of providing mentorship, networking, and comradery for the bankruptcy bar.
