Elsa Landeros is an Arizona Native and three-time Sun Devil having completed her undergraduate, master’s, and law school degrees at Arizona State University. As the daughter of Mexican immigrant business owners, Elsa developed a keen understanding of the needs and challenges faced by entrepreneurs. This experience ignited her passion for assisting business leaders. Additionally, she witnessed firsthand the educational and resource disparities faced by immigrant communities. After earning her master's degree from the WP Carey School of Business, Elsa joined LMI Solutions as a consultant in the imaging industry. In this role, she provided valuable guidance to clients, helping them develop effective marketing strategies and improve operational efficiency. Currently, Elsa is primarily focused on the transactions practice area, where she assists clients with various business matters such as entity formation, real estate transactions, and contract review. She also provides guidance in estate planning and asset protection. As one of the few Latino attorneys practicing these areas of law in Arizona, Elsa actively engages in outreach efforts within the Hispanic and Latino community. She dedicates her time to educating entrepreneurs and families on how to build generational wealth and retain a greater portion of their hard-earned income.
