Fred Ruotolo has been practicing family law in Arizona since 1992. He practices exclusively in family law matters including: litigated and settle divorces (dissolutions), legal separations, annulments, division of businesses, real estate and other property, division of debts, spousal maintenance (alimony), legal decision-making (custody), parenting time, grandparents’ rights, paternity matters, child support and relocation of children. Mr. Ruotolo also represents clients in their family law matters after their original orders have been entered. Mr. Ruotolo was commissioned in the U.S. Army in 1992 and served in the Arizona Army National Guard.
