<p>A former Maricopa County Public Fiduciary and State of Arizona administrative law judge, Gary Strickland offers extensive experience in <u><a href="http://www.warnerangle.com/practice/litigation/estate-litigation.htm">probate and estate controversies</a>, </u>adult exploitation matters, <a href="http://www.warnerangle.com/practice/business/administrative.htm">administrative proceedings</a>, and general civil litigation. In addition, he formerly served Maricopa County as a deputy County Attorney (Civil Division) and Senior General Counsel.</p> <p>A skilled negotiator, Mr. Strickland is also available to act privately as an arbitrator or mediator.</p> <p>In January 2018, Gary was appointed to a three-year term on the <a href="https://www.cfp.net/about-cfp-board/volunteers/volunteer-opportunities/disciplinary-and-ethics-commission" target="_blank">Disciplinary and Ethics Commission</a> of the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards in Washington D.C. (1984) from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona (Probate, Litigation, and Administrative Law sections), American Bar Association (Healthcare Law section), and Maricopa County Bar Association (Probate and Litigation sections).</p> <p>Gary has taught at the high school (Latin and Greek), college (history), and graduate (contract law and administrative law) levels. He has presented at numerous CLE seminars (healthcare law, evidence law, administrative law, and probate law) and is a frequently invited educational speaker.</p>
