Grant H. Frazier is Frazier Law's Managing Partner and represents clients in business and complex litigation and arbitration matters involving commercial contracts, securities, corporate governance, real estate, construction, partnership disputes, trademark protection, and trusts and estates. He has represented clients in state and federal courts in Arizona and the Ninth Circuit, and in arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). He also prepares commercial, corporate, real estate, intellectual property, employment, and estate planning documents. Grant leverages his experience in both litigation and transactional matters in the provision of outside general counsel services. In this capacity, he helps clients with strategic planning, corporate governance, protection of intellectual property rights, positioning of businesses for acquisition, leveraging emerging technologies in business operations, and other related needs.? Grant graduated from Pomona College in 2016 with a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics. While at Pomona College, Grant captained his football and rugby teams—earning All-League and All-American honors in both sports. He earned his law degree from ASU’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2019 with a Law, Science, and Technology certificate. While at ASU Law, Grant served as Editor-in-Chief (EIC) of the ABA’s science and technology journal – Jurimetrics Journal ; Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy ; and as founding EIC of the Journal for Law, Policy & Military Affairs . He also served as President of the ASU Law Federalist Society; VP of Law Students for Veterans Legal Affairs; Symposium Chair for the 2019 Federalist Society National Student Symposium—the largest law student conference in the U.S.; ASU Law’s Student Senator to the ASU graduate student government; and logged the second most pro bono hours in his graduating class. While in law school, Grant externed with the Hon. Bridget E. Bade now of U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; Hon. David A. Thompson of the California Court of Appeal, Fourth Appellate District, Division Three; and the Arizona Attorney General’s Civil Litigation Division.
