<p>Adam received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from the California State Polytechnic University at Pomona. He then attended the University of San Diego School of Law. Adam has been involved in the successful resolution of numerous personal injury settlements in excess of one hundred million dollars and jury verdicts in excess of fifty million dollars in his 20 years of practice. After 20 years as a trial attorney, Adam returned to Law School where he received his LLM in COnflict and Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University.</p> <p>Adam was appointed as the ADR and Discovery Commssioner in the Eighth Judicial District Court, Nevada in 2023. </p> <p>Adam is licensed to practice in Nevada, New Mexico (inactive), Arizona and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.</p>
