Jim was a former Assistant Prosecutor and Deputy Attorney General in New Jersey as well as the Senior Attorney for the New Jersey Turnpike Authority. After public service, Jim joined the firm of Brown & Michael, an Atlantic City Firm that specialized in the Casino Gaming Industry, with an emphasis on assisting Native American Tribes with maintaining integrity in gaming operations through proper regulation. Jim also served as a municipal attorney for several New Jersey towns and as a School Board attorney. He opened a general practice firm in Anthem in 2007, initially concentrating on Bankruptcy and estate planning, and now servicing general business and consumer needs including personal injury matters. Jim brings over 35 years of experience as a litigator and advisor to the table and his goal is always to provide beneficial and affordable solutions to our client’s needs.
