Construction attorney Jamie Hanson is a former Chief Counsel for the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Jamie Hanson began his legal career in 2011, serving a one-year appointment as a judicial clerk to Judge Peter B. Swann of the Arizona Court of Appeals. He joined Lang & Klain in 2012 and gained extensive experience in construction litigation and in representing contractors and subcontractors in licensing and complaint matters before the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC). In 2015 he left our firm to accept a position at the ROC as its Chief Counsel, returning to Lang & Klain in 2017. Before entering the legal profession, James taught Latin at Veritas Preparatory Academy in Phoenix.
