About Jonathan David Conant
Jonathan Conant is currently an Assistant Attorney General in the Child and Family Protective Services section, and an attorney who formerly maintained a statewide Adoption and Placement Representation practice. While maintaining his main office in Prescott, his virtual patform enables him to represent people throughout the state in both public and private adoptions, as well as providing legal assistance to fosters and families in dependency related matters, esepcailly those involving out of state placements. Jonathan was a Fellow of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys, the Nation’s pre-eminant organization focsuing on creating families through adoption and technology. He is a member of the APHSA, the parent organization of the AAICPC and provides trainings and lectures across the state and nation on the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children. He has been a High Conflict Mediator for over 20 years, and formerly acted as a dependency mediator for the Mohave County Juvenile Court system. Mr. Conant is formerly the Chair of the Juvenile Section of the State Bar of Arizona.
