About Joshua Kyle Sene

Joshua prides himself on getting to get to know the client, regardless of the type of case. A proud graduate from the University of Arizona, Joshua received two degrees: one in Criminal Justice, and the other in Public Management & Policy. After graduation, he began law school at the University of Hawaii, William S. Richardson School of Law in Oahu, Hawaii, where his family roots are. During his time at Hawaii Law, Joshua always sought to serve Hawaii’s underrepresented, either through community service or clinics. He also served as a manuscript editor for a civil liberties professor, and worked for the Hawaii Innocence Project. In his second year of law school, Joshua returned to Arizona University to attend James E. Rogers College of law to complete his studies. During law school, Joshua worked in the civil rights restoration clinic as a limited practicing student attorney. Joshua also clerked for several firms, including a workers compensation firm, several civil litigation firms, and criminal defense firms. After passing the bar, Joshua worked for a small defense firm that emphasized DUI offenses. Joshua focuses on misdemeanors, DUI, vehicular crimes, and minor felony offenses.
