Joshua Austin is an Assistant City Prosecutor II with the City of Scottsdale where he is responsible for prosecuting misdemeanor offenses in the City of Scottsdale, including DUI and other traffic violations, domestic violence, juvenile status offenses and all other misdemeanor crimes. Joshua Austin also serves as the Prosecutor for the Scottsdale docket in the East Valley Regional Veterans’ Court. Veterans' Court is a rehabilitative court aimed at improving the lives of Veterans’ by empowering them to earn an appropriate disposition in their case while moving forward with their lives in a positive direction. Joshua Austin also serves as a Captain in the United States Reserves Air Force JAG Corps and is stationed at Luke AFB, AZ. Joshua Austin previously served as an Active Duty JAG from January 2012 through January 2016.
