I am a Deputy County Attorney with the Santa Cruz County Attorney’s Office in Nogales, Arizona. I primarily practice in the Juvenile Delinquency and Diversion units. I have extensive experience in Family Law and Juvenile Dependency Law. I began practicing Criminal Law in 2021. I have successfully negotiated settlements agreements resulting in highly favorable outcomes for clients, prevailed in numerous dependency and family law trials, and successfully represented clients in a child placement case through the appeals process and a request for review before the Supreme Court of Arizona resulting in my clients maintaining placement of their foster child and eventually being able to adopt the child into their family.
