About Kaylee Patricia McMains

Kaylee grew up in Phoenix, Arizona and attended Arizona State University for both her undergraduate degree and law degree. Kaylee graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Writing, Rhetoric, and Literacies. During her undergraduate years, Kaylee was involved in researching rhetorical methodology and had the honor of presenting her research at the 2019 Association of Rhetoric & Writing Studies Conference in Austin, Texas. Kaylee went on to complete her honors thesis on her findings and graduated early in December of 2020. Kaylee earned her Juris Doctor degree from Arizona State University, graduating Cum Laude in May of 2024. During law school, Kaylee completed an internship at the Attorney General’s office in the Criminal division, Health Care Fraud & Abuse section before deciding to shift her focus on probate and estate planning. Kaylee then went on to work as a law clerk at DBFWC where she received hands-on opportunities to work in the fields of probate and trust administration, as well as estate planning. She was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in May of 2024, after having passed the Bar Examination while still finishing her third year of law school, achieving the third highest score in the state for the February 2024 Bar Examination. Kaylee is passionate about helping her clients navigate their estate planning and guiding them through the process of making sure that they have a plan that they are comfortable with and understand. Kaylee enjoys working with each client on an individual basis to determine what their goals and intentions are, and how best to have them carried out in their estate plan.
