<p>Kevin&rsquo;s practice is concentrated in the representation of commercial lenders, on a nationwide basis, and in a variety of types of financing. He has extensive experience in corporate finance transactions (including multi-state leveraged buy-outs, revolving lines of credit, and commercial term loans), real estate and construction lending, healthcare finance, and the financing of inventory and receivables generated by the hospitality and resort industries. Kevin also has extensive experience representing the finance division of a major national equipment manufacturer, in structuring and documenting transactions pursuant to which such finance division helps facilitate the sale and distribution of the manufactured product.</p> <p>He has experience dealing with borrowers and/or collateral located in approximately 45 states, Canada and Mexico. Gammage & Burnham&rsquo;s involvement in those transactions in which he has served as lead counsel range from pre-loan approval due diligence investigation and review, structuring of the credit facility, preparation and negotiation of loan documentation, closing and funding of the facility, monitoring of post-closing requirements, the handling of sequential fundings for facilities involving a series of disbursements, and the subsequent amendment and modification to the loan documentation as appropriate to reflect changes in the credit requirements of the parties to the transaction.</p> <p>Before joining Gammage & Burnham in 1991, Kevin was a shareholder in the firm of McCabe, O&rsquo;Donnell, Wright & Merritt.</p>
