Kiara Sims practices primarily in real estate transactions, commercial financing, and business transactions across a broad range of industries. She advises clients throughout the real estate and commercial finance sectors, including borrowers, lenders, developers, and property owners, on acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financing transactions. Kiara also handles construction loans, including affordable housing projects involving LIHTC, and provides strategic counsel on corporate and business matters. In addition to her general transactional practice, Kiara has a particular focus on representing automobile and other vehicle dealers in transactional matters, Tiffany & Bosco, is a member of the National Association of Dealer Counsel (NADC). Before joining Tiffany & Bosco, Kiara earned her J.D. from Arizona State University. While in law school, Kiara served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Corporate and Business Law Journal, clerked at Tiffany & Bosco for two terms, and externed at the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. Prior to law school, Kiara completed tax rotations at KPMG and BDO, specializing in Partnership and Corporate Taxation. In addition to serving her clients, Kiara is a longstanding member of the Pilgrim Rest Pro Bono Clinic with the Arizona Black Bar.
