About Kristin Dawn Curleyhair McPhie

Kristin is a native Arizonan, as well as Native American (Navajo). When not practicing law, she is being mom to her four children, or can be found running or riding her road bike as she is an avid triathlete. Kristin received her bachelor of science from Brigham Young University, and her Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University. While at ASU, she also received her certificate of Indian Law from ASU’s number one ranked Indian Legal Program. Kristin currently works with her husband, Ryan McPhie, and together they run McPhie Law, a DUI and criminal law practice. Kristin also takes Indian Law projects, and enjoys getting to work with Tribes and other Native clients.
