Kyle Sherman joined Curry, Pearson & Wooten after working as a personal injury attorney and a civil litigation attorney. Kyle's practice focuses on personal injury matters but Kyle also has experience in a wide-variety of other legal matters including bankruptcy, defamation, general civil litigation, contract disputes, and family law. Kyle has received substantial verdicts on behalf of his clients including a recent six figure award in an internet defamation matter. Kyle has a unique insight into dealing with insurance companies on injury matters because he worked as an insurance adjustor for five years prior to becoming a lawyer. As an insurance adjustor, Kyle dealt exclusively with automobile accident claims.
