Kyle’s skillful legal argumentation and understanding of juvenile law enabled him to convince the appellate court to terminate the father’s parental rights, securing a favorable ruling for his client and setting an important precedent for the court’s legal authority in future cases. This is just one of Kyle’s many victories before the Arizona Court of Appeals in recent years. Kyle is unafraid of taking on contentious family law cases or the Department of Child Safety.
