Mariam Ferguson is an experienced trial attorney who has devoted her practice to criminal law. Mariam’s legal experience includes clerking for two different Pima County Superior Court judges on the criminal bench, prosecuting thousands of misdemeanor cases out of Pima County Consolidated Justice Court and Green Valley Justice Court for the Pima County Attorney’s Office, and defending hundreds of indigent persons accused of serious felonies through the Pima County Public Defender’s Office. She is well versed in issues of criminal law. She has exceptional advocacy and litigation skills, having conducted a number of evidentiary hearings, 16 jury trials, and over 50 misdemeanor bench trials. Mariam uses her knowledge and experience to successfully defend and protect her clients’ interests.
