About Michael Patrick Harnden

Harnden handles a wide variety of civil litigation issues for both business and individual clients, with a focus on defamation, privacy, and online speech matters. A graduate of the University of Arizona’s James E. Rogers College of Law, Harnden is a talented and well-rounded litigator with experience handling matters from pre-litigation all the way through appeals. Harnden began his career at the Law Office of Barry W. Rorex, PLC – a small, consumer protection firm in Tucson. Harnden then managed his own practice for several years, where he gained a wide range of experience in courts at all levels, from local to appellate, state and federal, across the country. Additionally, Harnden has coached local Mock Trial teams for many years, has assisted and taught students at the high school, undergraduate, and law school levels, and continues to coach the Mock Trial program at The Gregory School. Harnden has called Tucson home for the past 20 years and earned his bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.
