<p>Alan P. Bayham, Jr. is a partner in the firm of Bayham Jerman, PLC, located at 1430 E. Missouri Avenue, Suite 111, Phoenix, AZ 85014, where he has practiced in the area of personal injury litigation for over 20 years. He earned his B.A. degree and J.D. degree from Arizona State University. He was the President of the State Bar of Arizona in 2010 and 2011, and prior to that for 10 years was on the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Arizona. He has taught seminars on court and litigation management, as well as at national seminars on case management of personal injury and civil cases. Mr. Bayham was an instructor in law at Gateway Community College (1991-1992). He has lectured on legal ethics and served as Probable Cause Panelist for the State Bar of Arizona. Mr. Bayham also is a past Committee Member of the Attorney Regulation Committee for the Supreme Court of Arizona (2011-2015).
