Shaw IV, Esq., CCAL is the managing member of Shaw & Lines, LLC.</p> <p style="text-align:justify"> </p> <p style="text-align:justify">Augustus has advised community associations, timeshare associations, non-profit corporations, developers, businesses and other clients on matters involving general real estate, bankruptcy, housing discrimination, employment, insurance defense and litigation matters.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Augustus has published many articles and scholarly writings regarding the corporate operations of and legal issues related to community associations. Mr. Shaw is also a contributing instructor and author of continuing legal education seminars taught to other attorneys and real estate professionals.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Augustus has served the community association industry nationally as a Member of the College of Community Association Lawyers Board of Governors and in Arizona by serving as a Board Member and Vice President of the Central Arizona Chapter of the Community Associations Institute.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Augustus received his Bachelors of Arts and his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona. He is licensed to practice law before the State Supreme Court of the State of Arizona, the State Supreme Court of the State of Nebraska, the Unites States District Courts of Arizona and Nebraska and the United States Tax Court.</p> <p style="text-align:justify">Augustus is also an avid golfer and when not practicing law or conducting educational seminars, can be found with his sons on the golf course.</p>
