<p>My legal corporate experience includes representing clients from their start up, day-to-day corporate legal needs, to implementation of an exit strategy not only in the U.S. but also in Mexico, Latin America, Spain and Portugal. My international focus is in cross-border mergers and acquisitions in various countries and in diverse industries; formation of joint ventures, incorporation of subsidiaries; secured financing; set up of manufacturing operations under special import-export programs; venture capital; financing, purchasing, entitlement, development and selling of resorts, commercial and residential real estate and mining projects; and in transactions and issues regulated by NAFTA and other international treaties and protocols between the U.S. and Latin American countries. I also coordinate other legal matters in foreign jurisdictions such as intellectual property, labor, environmental, tax, and litigation with local co-counsel.</p> <p>I take pride in providing first-tier corporate legal advice in the U.S. and in international transactions in Latin America within the global platform offered by Greenberg Traurig.
