About Mr Brian D Myers

My professional experience includes a wide variety of litigation representation in the areas of commercial lending, construction, and real estate. Most of my experience is related to business contract disputes and collections. This includes extensive experience in asset/collateral recovery. In that regard, I have represented numerous lending institutions and equipment leasing companies in actions to recover equipment and other assets/collateral through the use of pre-judgment remedies such as an Order of Replevin. This has included the following, to name a few: construction equipment; retail inventory ($1M+ of inventory from 5 different vitamin store locations and a warehouse); commercial inventory (scrap metal); tractor trailers; restaurant equipment; and, livestock (600 head of cattle spread across Arizona in four different counties).

With regard to construction cases, I have extensive experience in Prompt Payment Act claims, Mechanic's and Materialman's Lien foreclosures, and actions before the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. The majority of that experience involves representing contractors in the fire/water damage restoration industry.

My experience in Real Estate matters includes commercial and residential evictions, and purchase contract disputes. Finally, arising from all three areas, I have extensive experience in a wide variety of post-judgment remedies, including bank account garnishments, wage garnishments, writs of execution, and judgment debtor examinations.

My overall goal is to provide my clients with prompt and efficient legal advice and representation. My firm covers nearly every practice area necessary to provide such advice and representation over most issues, whether professional or personal. However, if for some reason we cannot represent you, then I will always assist my clients in finding someone that can. That is the "legal counselor" function that is often missing in the attorney-client relationship.
