Lonn practices general commercial litigation, arbitration and administrative law with a focus on contractual disputes, real estate disputes, construction litigation and securities litigation. With respect to real estate law, Mr. Lonn represents homebuilders and developers in the full range of problems that such businesses encounter. He has handled numerous construction defect actions and consumer disputes. He represents contractors and individuals before the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and realtors before the Arizona Department of Real Estate.<br /> <br /> Mr. Lonn has been practicing in Arizona since 1993. In 1999, he was admitted to the State Bar of California. Mr. Lonn is admitted to practice in the following districts of the United States District Court: District of Arizona, Northern District of California and Central District of California.<br /> <br /> Mr. Lonn has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Scottsdale Bar Association. He served as President of the Scottsdale Bar Association for the 2004-2005 term. In 2005, he was selected by the Scottsdale City Council to serve as the State Bar of Arizona&rsquo;s representative on the Scottsdale Judicial Appointments Advisory Board. In 1988, Mr. Lonn graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Studies. He received his legal education from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 1993.</p> <p> </p>
