<p>Corey Larson handles litigation, construction law, real estate matters, contracts, insurance, lien and bond issues, and complex trust and probate litigation in Pima County and Southern Arizona. His clients generally include homebuilders, developers, contractors, design professionals, and municipalities. He advises them in a wide range of matters including administrative actions, contract preparation, corporate and real estate transactions, and general corporate cases.</p> <p>In Corey&rsquo;s construction-related practice he also guides clients on issues involving contract litigation, mechanics and materialmen&rsquo;s liens, construction bonds, workplace and personal injury, product defects, property conflicts, disputes before the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, and general commercial litigation. Corey also handles a wide array of appellate issues and has prepared briefs and argued appellate actions involving construction issues, probate matters, tort and commercial law matters, and family law matters.</p> <p>Growing up as the son of a general contractor and developer, Corey gained a first-hand knowledge of and affinity for the world of construction and real estate. After graduating from the Sandra Day O&rsquo;Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2003 and being admitted to practice, he put his background and experience to use representing homebuilders and developers in complex construction defect litigation, including class action defense. Corey is licensed to practice in Arizona and California.</p> <p>Corey has been selected as a Rising Star&trade; by <a href="http://www.superlawyers.com/arizona/lawyer/Corey-Larson/06ae1483-9d55-400e-bb3b-808720cd8098.html">Super Lawyers</a> for each year from 2012-2018 and by <a href="https://www.bestlawyers.com">Best Lawyers in America</a> for 2018 and 2019.
