Subsequent to Government service, Dan was the Western Area (13 States) Leader for the Sales and Transaction Tax Practice for KPMG Peat Marwick. Dan has worked in the State and Local tax arena for 25 years as an attorney and/or as a CPA.</p> <p>Dan received his Juris Doctorate degree from Arizona State University and Bachelor&rsquo;s Degrees in both Accounting and Finance from the University of Arizona. Dan is a member of the Arizona State Bar and is an Arizona CPA. Dan has been a speaker at state and local tax seminars sponsored by the Arizona State Bar, the Maricopa County Bar Association, the Arizona Department of Revenue, PESI, IPT, KPMG, and the Direct Selling Association.</p>
