<p style="text-align:justify"><strong>David E. Shein</strong> is a founding member of Shein Phanse Adkins, P.C. David&rsquo;s practice focuses on the representation of established and emerging companies and financial institutions in all facets of real estate acquisition, development, financing and leasing, including asset based lending, development planning, venture formation, due diligence, strategic business planning, capital acquisition and financing, and complex contract negotiations. David&rsquo;s experience includes the acquisition, development, leasing, financing and/or sale of office buildings, shopping centers, multi-family projects, master planned communities, resort/golf properties, industrial properties, and single-family residential developments. In addition to representing clients in connection with core real estate activities, David handles a wide range of other real estate and non-real estate related matters, including mergers and acquisitions, loan enforcement, foreclosure, secured (UCC Article 9) transactions, low income housing (Section 42) tax credit transactions and Section 1031 exchanges. David is also an experienced arbitrator and mediator and maintains an active and successful Alternative Dispute Resolution practice. David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (with distinction) from the University of Arizona in 1984, with a double major in accounting and corporate finance. He graduated from Arizona State University College of Law (<em>cum laude</em>) in 1987. David is a Real Estate Specialist, certified by the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization, holds the highest rating (AV) from the Martindale-Hubbell attorney rating service and has been consistently named as a top real estate lawyer by Best Lawyers&reg;, Chambers USA&reg;and Southwest Super Lawyers&reg;. David is also a Judge <em>Pro Tem </em>of the Maricopa County Superior Court, a Member of the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization, and a Member of the Executive Committee of the State Bar Real Estate Section.</p>
