I am also admitted to the bars of District of Columbia, New York and Missouri and am a member of the North Carolina Bar Association. I concentrate in representing individuals and organizations facing white collar crime investigations and charges. I am an arbitrator for FINRA and hold a certificate of completion from the North Carolinas Center for Mediation. </p> <p>I served for over 25 years as a federal prosecutor in three different U. S. Attorney&rsquo;s offices: the District of Columbia, Eastern District of New York and District of Arizona. Subsequently, I have maintained a private practice.</p>
