The following is a list of some of the types of cases that I have pursued for my clients: motor vehicle and truck crash cases; carbon monoxide poisoning cases; burn & smoke inhalation cases; class action cases; mass tort cases; and insurance bad faith cases. I am AV Preeminent Peer & Judiciary Rated by Martindale Hubbell; a Past President of the Arizona Association for Justice (formerly the Arizona Trial Lawyers Assoc.); on the Board of Governors for the American Association for Justice; and Peer Selected for Best Lawyers in America & Southwest Super Lawyers. I graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1986 and became a member of the Arizona Bar that same year. I clerked for the Hon. Roger G. Strand, U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. I worked for the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee.
