<p>The son of a retired copper miner and 6th generation Arizonan, David J. Sandoval grew up in rural Kearny, Arizona, where he was active in sports, school, and learned the value of hard work. David&rsquo;s good grades and high score on the SAT and ACT earned him an admission to prestigious Princeton University, where he graduated with a degree in political science. He returned to Arizona to be closer to family and to continue his education at Arizona State University, College of Law, where he focused his education on litigation-related classes and earned an award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy. </p> <p>As an attorney, David began his career in a mid-sized, local law firm, where he immediately assumed a complex caseload. David&rsquo;s developing potential allowed him to rise quickly up the ranks from associate, to partner and shareholder, and finally to vice-president and managing partner. During that time, David achieved some of the largest jury verdicts awarded in the State of Arizona. David opened Sandoval Law, PLLC in April 2017, in the hopes of being able to provide an even greater level of personal attention, competency, and care to his clients&rsquo; needs. </p> <p>David is an active member of the American Association for Justice and the Arizona Association for Justice. As a trial lawyer, David has successfully litigated and settled small and complex cases in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, defamation, commercial litigation, business contracts, fraud, construction litigation, and landlord-tenant disputes. As a business lawyer, David has helped form businesses and assisted existing businesses to avoid and prevent unnecessary liability. David&rsquo;s demeanor is one of honesty, integrity, compassion, intelligence, and understanding. It is these qualities that foster repeat business and referrals, and allows Sandoval Law&rsquo;s &ldquo;family&rdquo; of clients to continue to grow.</p>
