David has served the community as a Judge Pro Tempore of the Maricopa County Superior Court for many years, substituting for judges on vacation and conducting settlement conferences. He is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Arizona. He has been involved with the American Inns of Court, an organization of judges and attorneys designed to improve the skills, professionalism, and ethics of the courts and the bar.
