Brekke comes from a varied background that includes estate planning, estate administration, litigation and working with clients to establish long-lasting relationships.</p> <p>He has handled matters in Arizona trial courts and appellate courts as well as the United States District Court and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He also has judicial experience having served as a Magistrate Judge in South Dakota for ten years and as a Maricopa County Judge Pro Tem. Dean has also been a presenter for continuing education seminars through the National Business Institute, primarily in the area of probate and estate administration.</p> <p>Dean completed his BA degree in Mass Communications at the University of South Dakota and his Juris Doctor from USD&rsquo;s School of Law. The South Dakota native worked for several years in radio, television and print media.</p> <p>Free time interests for Dean include travel to Europe, photography and time with family, including four grandchildren.</p> <p>Dean is licensed to practice law in Arizona, including the state and federal courts, as well as the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.</p>
