He also has extensive experience in litigating construction-related disputes for owners, general contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers. In addition, he has served as a neutral for the American Arbitration Association, on the Commercial and Construction panels, since 1980.<br /> <br /> Don is an "AV" rated attorney in Martindale-Hubbell's listings of attorneys. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, the New York Bar, the New York State Bar Association, the Maricopa County Bar Association, the Scottsdale Bar Association and the Arizona Association for Justice (fka Arizona Trial Lawyers Association). He is admitted to practice in Arizona and New York, and in the District Courts of Arizona, New York (Northern and Southern Districts) the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the District Court for the District of North Dakota. He earned a B.A. in history from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania. He received his Juris Doctor degree from Albany Law School in Albany, New York in 1975. Immediately following his admission to the New York State Bar, he entered private practice.
