<p>Administrative Law Judge Eric A. Bryant heard and decided IDEA Due Process cases for the State of Arizona from 1997 to 2014, during which time Arizona transitioned from a two-tier state to a one-tier state. Thus, Judge Bryant has been both a State Review Officer and a Special Education ALJ. Judge Bryant currently works as an ALJ for the Arizona Board of Fingerprinting, reviewing criminal histories and conducting hearings to determine if fingerprint clearance card applicants are rehabilitated. He has taught paralegal courses at private schools and justice studies at Grand Canyon University. He also teaches Special Education Law and Education Law to teachers, school psychologists, and school administrators in graduate-level courses at Ottawa University-Phoenix Campus. He lives in the Ahwatukee/Foothills area of Phoenix with his wife, who is a school psychologist, and two crazy cats. He has two grown children.</p>
