<p>Ethan Steele is a graduate of the University of Arizona Law School and has been a practicing attorney in Tucson for more than 35 years. Ethan&rsquo;s law practice started out with an emphasis in civil cases before the Arizona Court of Appeals. He&rsquo;s represented clients in over 70 appeals covering a wide variety of cases, including Real Estate, Contracts, Contested Wills and Trusts, and Eminent Domain. One of the cases won on appeal has been used in continuing legal education classes across the country. Mr. Steele is available for appellate cases. In the 1990's Ethan shifted his legal practice to focus on "trial court" civil litigation, and has appeared in courts in Tucson, Phoenix, Pima County, Maricopa County, Santa Cruz County, and Cochise County.</p> <p>Current practice emphasizes representing property owners in trial court eminent domain cases, real estate cases, contested estates and trust, and basic estate planing. We are very efficient with real estate title and trustee matters.</p> <p>Regarding condemnation/eminent domain law, Ethan Steele collaborated with attorney Phillip Abromowitz working on several cases of significant value throughout Southern Arizona including the Avra Valley Floodplain, Twin Peaks Widening over I-10 and the I-10 Widening in Benson. In 2010 they formed Abromowitz and Steele, P.L.C., to focus on condemnation/eminent domain. Mr. Abromowitz has retired, and Ethan has continued, and is significantly engaged in this practice. Ethan was for a time also employed by Tucson Electric Power Company as outside council for cases regarding condemnation/eminent domain.</p>
