<p>Gary Frank is an attorney with over thirty years of experience in Family Law. Throughout the years, he has acted in the capacity of a Judge Pro Tem, which has allowed him to view legal disputes both through the eyes of a litigation attorney, and a judge. Mr. Frank cares about families and children, and has been appointed to the Governor&rsquo;s Child Abuse Prevention Task Force. Our firm is dedicated to representing parents and children in high conflict and complex divorce, paternity/maternity, and custody cases. This includes disputes over legal decision-making and parenting time, as well as relocation(move-away) cases, and cases in which parties are fighting over jurisdiction (which state has the power to decide the issues). Our representation also includes matters involving spousal maintenance, child support, and division of businesses, real estate, retirement and investment accounts, and other assets. We have extensive experience handling grandparents and third-party (non-parent) rights disputes, and same-sex divorce and/or custody matters. We understand the stress and emotional turmoil that both parents and children experience during these cases. Therefore, we make every effort to minimize conflict and explore peaceful, less expensive alternatives, such as mediation and settlement conferences.
