Ariz. 2009)</p> </li> <li> <p>Resolved a number of trademark disputes short of contested litigation.</p> </li> <li> <p>Obtained punitive damages against an individual who repeatedly defamed a small business and its owners.</p> </li> <li> <p>Successfully defended charter school in lease dispute concerning payment of property taxes, and obtained a full attorneys&rsquo; fees award against the landlord of over $40,000.</p> </li> <li> <p>Defeated a lender&rsquo;s attempt in bankruptcy court to force a quick sale of undeveloped property near Flagstaff; property ultimately sold for nearly double the lender&rsquo;s appraised value.</p> </li> <li> <p>Resolved contract dispute on behalf of a local nutritional supplement manufacturer concerning labeling issues.</p> </li> <li> <p>Represented mining companies in complex environmental case involving extensive groundwater pollution.</p> </li> </ul>
