<p>George&rsquo;s commercial litigation practice includes a wide range of real estate, construction and design, collection, and general business dispute matters. He regularly represents shopping center clients in a variety of leasing, lease enforcement, and work-out matters.</p> <p>As a part of his collections practice George has represented nearly every hospital in the state on a complex assortment of reimbursement matters. He has broad experience with Medicare, Medicaid and other indigent healthcare programs, commercial payer disputes, lien enforcement matters, payment for inmate care, and numerous other reimbursement issues.</p> <p>George&rsquo;s practice also emphasizes intellectual property protection, primarily focusing on trademark protection and enforcement.</p> <p>George received his law degree from the University of Arizona, where he served as an Executive Editor of the Arizona Law Review. He graduated <em>summa cum laude</em> in 1998. George received his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Arizona State University, where he also graduated <em>summa cum laude</em>.</p>
