These disputes have included advising Mesa Public Schools, Gilbert Public Schools, and Cave Creek Public Schools in relation to construction disputes, construction contract disputes, titles and other related matters. Mr. Miles also represented Santa Cruz School District in relation to the construction defect litigation pertaining to the construction of the elementary, middle, and high school.</p> <p>He has also worked with public utility companies in disputes pertaining to easements, utility lines, and other development aspects of subdivisions in municipalities, and in rural Arizona. </p> <p style="text-align:justify">Mr. Miles has advised clients regarding the enforcement of insurance contracts, and defense of title insurance companies accused of violation and title insurance companies in relation to the terms of their insurance policies, as well as litigation brought by third parties against title companies for escrow and other violations. Not only has Mr. Miles represented substantial clients in relation to insurance contract disputes, but he has also been called upon to give coverage opinions of insurance contracts and provide independent guidance to insurance companies in relation to compliance with the terms of their insurance contracts. He has also advised clients and been involved in insurance bad faith litigation.</p> <p>During the over forty years Mr. Miles has practiced law in Arizona, he has been in extensive litigation in relation to probate representing personal representatives and beneficiaries as well in relation to estate administration and distribution.</p> <p>Mr. Miles has been involved in significant tax lien sales, real property foreclosures, tax foreclosures, and tax appeals. In this regard, he has represented clients in both residential and commercial properties. His extensive knowledge of escrows, titles, trusts, estates and representation of school districts for over 25 years, give significant insight into the unique problems of governments.
