<p>Mr. Wilson has practiced criminal defense in Arizona since graduating from U of A Rogers College of Law in Tucson in 1990. He has defended capital cases in Maricopa County, AZ. since 2006. He is now in private practice, and is defending all types of criminal cases from misdemeanors to the most serious felonies. He is also practicing in the area of criminal/immigration defense, and he does appellate work. Mr. Wilson appears in all municipal, county, and federal courts in Arizona. He has both a bachelor&rsquo;s degree (UT-Austin) and a master&rsquo;s degree (UNM-Albuquerque) in Latin American Studies. He has studied and traveled in Mexico and Ecuador. He is fluent in Spanish, and is admitted to practice in both Arizona and New Mexico. </p>
