<p>James H. Hazlewood, a partner with Carpenter, Hazlewood, Delgado and Bolen, LLP, has been with the firm since 1998. Practicing in Arizona since 1989, James gained early experience representing businesses in corporate, commercial and collection matters, as well as creditor-debtor issues and landlord-tenant work. However, over the years, community association law became his primary area of practice. He has been representing community associations since 1989, and now has oversight of the firm's collection department and works on the firm's general counsel matters-from simple to complex.</p> <p>James has spoken at national Community Assocations Institute (CAI) seminars as well as local education events through various organizations such as the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM) and the Central Arizona Chapter of CAI. He is a member of the prestigious national CAI College of Community Association Lawyers and the Arizona Trustee Association.</p>
