<p>James Nesci, is Dean Emeritus of the National College for DUI Defense and has been Board Certified since 2001. He is AV Preeminent-Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, and named one of The Best Lawyers in America by Woodward/White. He is the author of <u>Nesci’s Arizona DUI Defense: The Law & Practice,</u> 5<sup>th</sup> Edition, and is a contributing author to <u>Garriott’s MedicoLegal Aspects of Alcohol</u>, 5<sup>th</sup> & 6<sup>th</sup> Editions and co-author of Texas DWI Defense, 1<sup>st</sup> & 2<sup>nd</sup> Editions. Mr. Nesci was one of the lead attorneys on the Intoximeters RBT-IV breath-testing issue in Southern Arizona, which resulted in the suppression of breath tests in over 7,000 cases and the removal of the RBT-IV from the streets of Arizona. He has represented former Supremes lead singer Diana Ross, fitness guru Richard Simmons and Tampa Bay Buccaneer’s tight-end Jerramy Stevens. He has caught more than one police officer lying and some officers will not speak to him without their attorneys present. He has taught virtually every aspect of DUI Defense in more than 150 Continuing Legal Education Seminars. He is an amateur racecar driver, accomplished mechanic and Corvette fanatic.</p> <p> </p>
