<p>Mr. Braselton has more than 30 years of experience representing property owners and governmental entities in eminent domain proceedings. He has represented property owners in connection with land acquisitions needed for each of the major new freeways built in metropolitan Phoenix since 1985, and has represented the City of Tempe, the City of Mesa and the Town of Queen Creek in condemnation actions related to acquisitions for the light rail project and artertial road construction projects. In addition, Mr. Braselton has represented clients in disputes concerning ownership of land located along the Colorado River in western Arizona; disputes concerning ownership of sand & gravel in properties located in northwestern Arizona; disputes concerning the scope and use of easements; and cases in which ownership and use claims to real property were asserted based on adverse possession and/or prescriptive rights. </p> <p>Mr. Braseltons obtained an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois, and a juris doctor degree (cum laude) from the Arizona State University College of Law.</p>
