Prior to joining Lundmark, Barberich, LaMont & Slavin, Javier was in-house counsel for CopperPoint Mutual Insurance Company, the State&rsquo;s largest workers&rsquo; compensation insurer. Javier has also done a great deal of Applicant litigation for a number a years and therefore understands the practice from all perspectives.</p> <p>Javier strives to help our clients understand their legal rights and obligations when faced with workers&rsquo; compensation claims. He helps our clients understand the basics of compensability in Arizona, such as what constitutes a compensable claim and other factors that play into workers&rsquo; compensation according to state law.</p> <p>Javier received his Juris Doctorate from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law. Javier is involved in numerous community organizations and is currently a Board Member with Open Hearts, a family & child service organization.</p>
