About Mr Javier B Delgado

<p>Javier Delgado is a community association lawyer that represents homeowner associations and condominium associations throughout Arizona and has been doing so since 2002. During that time he has helped boards interpret their use restrictions and comply with Arizona law. Javier also assistis boards enforce their use restricitions and collect dues from deliquent owners.</p> <p>Javier provides training to board members and community association managers on a regular basis regarding best practices. He has spoken nationally at the Community Associations Institute's (CAI) annual convention, the Central Arizona, Southern Arizona, and New Mexico local chapters and various local municipal community association groups. Javier also regularly instructs community managers through the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM).</p> <p>Javier has been featured in the New York Times, Arizona Republic, Phoenix New Times and on the Sante Fe, New Mexicon radio. Javier is co-author of the Arizona edition of a national book series titled<em> Law and Mental Health Professionals: Arizona 2nd Edition</em>.</p>
